Currently, Bloom Real Estate Group's six professionals handle transactions in Office, Medical, Retail and Industrial spaces. Since 1989, he has fulfilled the diverse needs of owners and users in the acquisition and disposition of commercial space. As an owner representative, he boosted occupancy in every assignment, improving rates from as low as 55% to 97%-100%. In addition to serving as exclusive leasing agent for office buildings such as Carnegie Hall Tower, 1776 Broadway and 400 Madison Avenue; he has successfully completed more than 900 leasing and sales transactions. Applying experience acquired by completing complex and simple estate transactions, he established his reputation as a successful user representative. By taking a proactive role that anticipates his clients' needs, he has contributed significantly to their strategic cost management and business growth strategies. Mr. Bloom earned his degree in marketing from Syracuse University's School of Management and serves on the executive board of its alumni association. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (Grand Central Committee Executive Board) and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association (multiple committees); he is a World Wide Children's Foundation Board Member, Most Valuable Kids Board Member, an active member of the NY Blood Center, the Young Leadership Cabinet of Israel Bonds Real Estate Division, serves as Vice President and Board member of ETA-SAM Foundation and as a City Athletic Club board member, is Principal For A Day at the High School for Leadership and Public Service, a Friend of High School for Leadership and Public Service, Worldwide Basketball League Board Member, as well as The Friars Club of New York (Finance Committee), Brighter Futures Society and Business Advisory Council of YAI National Institute for People with Disabilities, and more. |
