Peter Cannold joined Bloom Real Estate Group in October of 2011 after working with a financial group that is involved with both funding businesses needing purchase order financing and account receivable factoring, as well as working with real estate properties they owned and managed.

The majority of Peter’s career has been spent in the apparel industry as both owner and CEO, working with the owners and senior executives of many companies in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.

Peter was raised in Scarsdale, got his B.A. from Syracuse University, lives in New York City, and is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
