Peter joined Bloom Real Estate Group as Vice Chairman in 2007. His activities have included serving as CEO of Atrium Partners-New York (a $100,000,000 real estate venture capital and tax shelter organization in the 80’s and 90’s), and millions of dollars in residential sales at major real estate firms, including Douglas Elliman and Brown, Harris, Stevens from 1995 through 2007. Peter is known for his great attention to detail and his understanding of clients’ core issues with intuitive ease. All who work with him find his communication skills a further asset in accomplishing their goals. The sale of large and small investment properties will remain Peter’s primary focus, as well as the conversion of Manhattan condominiums, cooperatives, lofts, and townhouses. Here, his experience helps him position a property accurately in today’s highly competitive market. He has uncovered hidden value in loft conversions and commercial transactions in Greenwich Village, Flatiron, Gramercy Park, SoHo, Tribeca, and Sutton Place, among other neighborhoods. Developers and investor-clients rely on Peter’s innate ability to detect opportunities, and to qualify them through his awareness of neighborhood, city, and zoning issue. His love and extensive knowledge of the entire city uniquely qualify him to bring buyers to carefully selected properties throughout the five boroughs. Peter is unwavering in his belief that a successful real estate transaction requires knowledge, patience, sensitivity, and understanding. No wonder, then, that the majority of his new clients come via referrals and recommendations from satisfied customers. Peter is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School, where he was Student President. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and is also licensed for Florida real estate practice. His interests include architecture, Greece, and travel.
