Lawrence has been a Licensed Real Estate broker for over thirty years. He started in Real Estate at the age of 25, having graduated from Pace University in 1969 and attended Brooklyn Law School at night for two years. His first job was at RMA Management Corp where he managed 2,000 apartments and rehabbed in South Bronx.

Afterward he went to Integrated Resources for 2 years, and managed government assisted housing. From 1982 – 1997 Lawrence was Director of Management for Dalton Management, and oversaw over 3,000 apartments in The Bronx, Harlem, Manhattan, and other boroughs.

From 1998-2000 Lawrence managed 2 buildings at Tudor City, and from 2000 to the present has been a commercial real estate broker, leasing over 200,000sf. Lawrence was involved with the sales of buildings with a total of over 750 million dollars. He was instrumental in the sale of the highest per-square-foot purchase price of a Manhattan apartment building.

Lawrence is fluent in Spanish, loves singing, basketball, and Broadway shows. He is a 35-year resident of New York City and enjoys all the aspects that the city offers.
