Mr. Wendorf joined Bloom Real Estate Group LLC as Senior Director specializing in commercial real estate leasing representing both landlords and tenants. Most recently, Mr. Wendorf was Director of Sales and Marketing for a real estate financial services firm that specialized in investment and commercial bank underwriting/due diligence and appraisals. His clients included: Deutsche Bank, UBS, TD Bank and The Corporate Counsel of The City of New York.

Beginning his real estate career in 1982, Mr. Wendorf’s varied real estate background includes: Director at GVA Williams where he represented Fortune 500 companies, Vice President for a 1.2 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio for a European based investment partnership; and President of his own commercial real estate company.

Mr. Wendorf is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and The American-Scandinavian Foundation.

Mr. Wendorf graduated with honors from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications & Maxwell School of Citizenship. He also received a Diploma from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
