BOB DUNPHY

Bob Dunphy is a savvy real estate agent and business executive with 30 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, operations and consulting.  His interest in real estate took root when he was responsible for overseeing several leasing and construction projects in New York City, New Jersey and the Hudson Valley. 

 Bob’s previous marketing roles allowed him to work with a wide variety of clients from hospitals, medical practices, insurance companies, car dealers, retail stores, restaurants and more.  That experience, combined with his management and operations background helps him see real estate assignments from the clients’ point of view.  He is extremely focused on his clients’ needs, asking lots of questions to hone in on specific goals and requirements.

 Born in Hoboken, Bob grew up in Central New Jersey.  He has called Manhattan home for the last 17 years and currently lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and son.  He holds a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University.
