Notes
Notwithstanding the commission rates set forth above, the minimum commission payable
to BLOOM REAL ESTATE GROUP LLC shall be:
For space leased on a monthly basis (up to two years):
the greater of (a) $4000 or (b) one month’s rent.
On the sale, release or other disposition of Leases or leaseholds:
the sum of (a) the same commission as hereinbefore provided as if a lease were negotiated for a term equal to the unexpired term of the Lease or leasehold which
is being sold, released or otherwise disposed of, plus (b) 3% of any consideration
payable for the lease or leasehold.
On the sale of furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements and/or good will ....... 10%
